What kind of bird would be better to put up with the power of the hand?
Lovebird Cockatiel or? I gave inseparable hands before and become very affectionate with you, but is not as robust as cockatoos. Inseparable received 4 and only one survived and I did everything right … I've heard that are difficult to feed the hand of a young girl, because they are sensitive quantities are given and how often to feed them. Would it be better to raise a hand because they are more cockatiel resistant birds?
A Cockatiel definitely! Be sure to buy a newborn and the mother who has just taken. You have no feathers. You then manipulate and view that handfed until you learn the technique. Who wants to buy the bird (if not as a pet unless you really know the owner personally) will give you all the help you need. Birds are great to have. My daughter has had three and my mother both. Handfeeding birds educational needs. The birds are fed with a syringe and be careful with your food excessive. I handfed my blue / gold altar. It took several tries before I felt comfortable doing it myself. When I took it home, ate pills besides being handfed. I loved handfeeding. The birds are so smart.
